Season 1 Episode 1 - Hinata vs Kageyama (first match)
When the first match happens, Hinata is playing against Kageyama’s team. During this match, Hinata shows his unbelievable physical strength. Besides his performance, his team is losing the matches but Hinata never loses hope and keeps on trying to get success. He is the only one on the team who is staying on the court for the long hours after his team has gone and keeps practicing. This attitude makes him stronger and able to fight in the most difficult situations.
When Kageyama insulted Hinata, Hinata felt very bad and became an antagonist of Kageyama. In one game, Hinata's team member sends the ball in the wrong direction where no one is standing. However, Hinata manages to get the ball as he was practicing too hard.

Kageyama joined the same school where Hinata was studying. Hinata gets to know about this. As they both are belonging to the same school, they have to join the same volleyball team and play as a team. But both were against this and that was clearly showing on their games. So the captain of the team is rejecting their application unless they learn how to play in the team.
To get into the team Hinata and Kageyama have to prove themselves by playing a three-on-three match as they are worthy to join Karasuno Volleyball Team. During this, Hinata trusts Kageyama and sends the ball towards him; it was an amazing moment that can't be skipped by true Haikyuu's fans.
Season 1 Episode 9 - Asahi’s Comeback
Asahi Azumane was on the break from volleyball and when he comes back, he was not that confident enough. But he gets his confidence back when he plays a three-on-three practice match and becomes the main attacker of his team.
When he starts playing, he realizes that his teammates giving their best to win the game. However, this is the time when he realizes that he is not playing for himself, he is playing for his team and he has to give his 100%. This is the moment when Asahi regains his confidence and wins the match. What a scene!
